Food: Sushi Boat

I love sushi, and the best sushi is always from the smaller restaurants. I stopped at Ototo Sushi during a trip to Collingwood during my break from class in November, a small restaurant on the town's main strip. It was a more streamlined experience than all-you-can-eat sushi, starting with a bowl of miso soup and a salad while the sushi is freshly rolled in the back. I'd recommend it to anyone heading up there, whether to ski or explore the harbour.
