Wrapping Up Media Studies

I’m entering the last few weeks of my Media Foundations diploma and reflecting on what I’ve learned and how I’ll use the skill’s I’ve gained going forward. I’m confident I’ll be able to start the journalism program on the right foot with my newly refined videography and editing know-how.

I’ll be returning to cooking full-time in the summer, but a marketing video project I worked on for class may lead to some content creating opportunities for the restaurant that I work at. With patio season coming and a new menu to match, there’ll be a need for good marketing and I’ve shown that I’m the right person for the job.

I hope to continue working on my skills in the time between finishing this program and starting again in September. I’ll be updating this blog and my portfolio with anything I think is worth showing off!
